Physical health is critical for overall well-being and is the most visible of the various dimensions of health, which also include social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and environmental health.
A state of physical well-being is not just the absence of disease. It includes lifestyle behavior choices to ensure health, avoid preventable diseases and conditions, and to live in a balanced state of body, mind, and spirit.
Some ways to focus on your physical well-being:
- Eating Nutritious Foods
- Getting Enough Sleep and Dealing with Fatigue
- Healthy Aging
- Kicking Smoking
- Managing Chronic Pain
- Moving in Healthy Ways
