Physical health is critical for overall well-being and is the most visible of the various dimensions of health, which also include social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and environmental health.

A state of physical well-being is not just the absence of disease. It includes lifestyle behavior choices to ensure health, avoid preventable diseases and conditions, and to live in a balanced state of body, mind, and spirit.

Some ways to focus on your physical well-being:

  • Eating Nutritious Foods
  • Getting Enough Sleep and Dealing with Fatigue
  • Healthy Aging
  • Kicking Smoking
  • Managing Chronic Pain
  • Moving in Healthy Ways

This week I’ll share some meditations, gentle yoga, and other ideas I have in working with our physical well-being.
