I just came across this Mind, Body and Spirit Weekly Wellness Plan and thought it was fabulous. It’s a sheet that you can print out or adjust your journal accordingly.

It includes the date at week’s start, the idea of “Take care of the whole you,” and three interacting circles of the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Mind – Learning, studying, readings, etc.

Body – Physical activity, nutrition, etc.

Spirit – My purpose and my contribution.

Then, each week you make a reflection in regard to two questions; What was awesome about this week? and What do I want to do differently next week?
